Although I'm confident you have a good product here, I too felt there must have been a typo in the price quoted as the "regular" price when I saw it. A price of $100.00 (the better part of 2 days wages for an average person) is just too much to ask. I do realize, as a former programmer myself, how much time it must have taken you to write and test the code. By lowering the price to the $20 range, you'd be far more likely to get people to register it rather than the few who "don't know any better" - imagine someone paying you $100 and then finding something like TrueCrypt for free - the chances of them ever doing business with you again are miniscule. And as all of us in business know, a satisfied customer usually tells a few friends. A DISSATISFIED customer will tell everyone they can find.
